Today’s youth lead a very fast paced life which is also stressful. They are more attracted towards the western culture and like to live that way. This has affected their food habits too. The mostly eat junk foods and fast foods which normally deteriorates their health but they are least concerned about it. Recent studies reveal that the physical fitness quotient is too low among them and most do not have an exercise regime. They do not find time to do such things. But the truth is that if they continue in the same way then the health damage is prone to be huge in their latter days. So every youth should have a proper exercise routine and follow it regularly.
